Born and raised on a farm in rural Dalton, Marty understands the importance of caring for the land and making a living from it. That background drives everything he does today as a land specialist and auctioneer serving the Midwest, helping clients buy and sell hunting properties, farmland, country homes, and legacy tracts that hold special meaning.

With over a decade in real estate and 15+ years in the auction industry, Marty has built a reputation for doing things the right way, hands-on, detail-focused, and always putting his clients first. From multi-parcel land auctions to 1031 exchanges, he brings the kind of practical knowledge you only get from years in the field.

That expertise hasn’t gone unnoticed. Marty is a 2024 Wisconsin State Auctioneer Champion, 2023 Wisconsin Ringman Champion, and the 2026 Iowa Auctioneers Association Ring Person Champion. He also serves as a Board Member of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association and was honored with the 2024 United Country Fundraiser Award, recognition that reflects both his skill and his commitment to the communities he serves.

Outside of managing the auction business and selling real estate, you’ll find Marty giving back, donating his time and auctioneering talents to Ducks Unlimited, FFA, 4-H, and local county fairs.
